Cancellation & Refund Policies

Chaplin Hut believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Amount would be refunded 100%( except processing fee and taxes of payment method if any) in case of cancellation of booking at least 72 hours of booking time and no refund for Friday Saturday Sunday booking slots.
In case of any Public holidays or festivals, Special Days ensure cancellation of booking is not acceptable.
Sudden Booking cancellation refund is not applicable.
No refund for Friday Saturday Sunday booking slots.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Chaplin Hut, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
No refunds will be applicable for rescheduled bookings.
